The recipe for the highly addictive Texas Style Peanut Brittle is actually more than 100 years old! It is a recipe of the Burns family dating back to the origins of Henry’s parents in Ganado, Texas.

 

The brittle is the highlight and a must for them during holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Independence Day. It has always been a huge family favourite.

 

The intensive and intricate cooking process definitely makes the Texas Style Peanut Brittle a labour of love; each lovingly hand made by Ivy who is always thrilled to have inherited the recipe and being able to share it with the people of Perth.

 

Texas Style Peanut Brittle is currently available in Original and Chilli, though we are always experimenting with new flavour combinations.
